The last 18 years he has specifically worked as an executive and proposal team orals coach, LTD producer, facilitator and team builder for many of the top government contractors including Lockheed Martin, The SI Organization, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Booz Allen, SAIC, CSC, CACI, American Express and Oak Ridge National Labs. He has personally worked on over 150 proposal projects involving more than 2000 presenters.

Larry Ruebling - (Multimedia Producer/Trainer) is a Retired Air Force Captain who served as Visual Information Manager for HQPACAF at Hickam Air Force Base, Multimedia Producer/Director and Combat Camera Officer at Lackland AFB, Missile Operations Officer, Radio Communications Analyst and Instructor for the USAF Security Service. Ruebling is also an experienced artist, orals coach and multimedia producer. He has worked on projects for Lockheed Martin, US Army, US Air Force, CSC, CACI and USTRANSCOM.

Larry Dulin - (Conceptual Artist) is an extremely talented fine artist, conceptual designer and graphics master. He has over 30 years of experience in the government proposal arena and has worked on scores of must win proposals for Lockheed Martin Corporation including ISC2, ISPAN, US VISIT, and WIN-T.

Jerry Harper - (Conceptual Artist/Art Director) R.I.P Jerry brought a rich artistic integrity to the table as an art director/graphic designer, conceptual artist and set designer for Inside Moves. He has done set design for theatre, TV and movies and ZZ Top’s World Wide Texas Tour. He has worked on important projects for Lockheed Martin, DOE, US Transcom, the University of Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic.
